Dear Patients,

During these unprecedented times, Dr. Gangoli and our staff here at EPIDA have made it our priority to safely care for our patients. We are commited to helping our patients manage their health in a safe and clean environment. We have instituted several screening and safety measures including the following:

  • Mask use is mandatory for every patient within the office.
  • We cannot supply masks.
  • No one is to be admitted with cough, fever, or difficulty breathing.
  • If you have been confirmed COVID-19 positive and are NOT out of quarantine, you will not be admitted.
  • In order to be seen in the office:
    •  You must be at least 3 days (72 hours) without a fever and without the use of fever reducing medications.
    •  There must be improvement in respiratory symptoms ( e.g., cough, shortness of breath) for 5 days since symptoms first appeared.
  • Temperatures will be taken at check-in and must be less than 100.5 degrees.
  • While in the waiting room or standing in line, keep 6 feet apart from each other.
  • If you have been asked to wait in the waiting room, please wait to be called up to the reception area.
  • Door will be propped open throughout all public areas and entries.
  • All staff members are to have temperatures checked before each office day.
  • All treatment areas are disinfected before every patient. Sufficient PPE, wipes, hand sanitizer, tissues, and trash receptables are available across all office locations.
  • All common areas are disinfected every hour, and high touch areas are infected every 20 minutes.
